NESA Accredited Professional Development
We are a NESA Accredited Professional Development Provider. Completing our workshops / courses will contribute appropriate hours of NESA registered professional development addressing 1.2.2, 3.5.2, 4.1.2 and/or 6.3.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.

We are accredited in administering assessment tools and we combine them with workshops and individual staff coaching to help your staff discover where their strengths and motivations are.
The assessment tools that we can use include: Motivational Mapping, Youth Mapping, Clifton Strengths, Morrisby, and Career Avenues.
This powerful assessment tool will produce a detailed report highlighting the subjects that really interest and motivate an individual. This knowledge can be used to either make important decisions about career, or it can be used by employers to decide how to best to utilise their employee’s motivations and skills, in order to increase productivity, while also improving staff wellbeing and morale.
