Turning Point Consulting have extensive experience in providing career guidance and coaching to individuals and groups from school age to adult. As such we are able to offer a comprehensive career coaching service to suit your students needs. Working across high school, tertiary and professional sectors, we offer tailored programs to suit your school faith, background and student demographic.
We combine Wellbeing, Leadership and Social Skills elements to maximise learning and support positive planning for your students transition to their next stage of life. Working with Independent, Faith-based and Public school systems, we recognise ever school and student group deserves a program that will help them to build skills, offer new knowledge and opportunity to question through application and planning.

|Careers in a Digital Age||Recognising the importance of technology in your career search as much as your professional profile we assist senior students in increasing awareness of the potential impacts of their online habits and presence.||Year 11 to post school||1-2 hours|
|The Workplace: Industry Trends||A comprehensive workshop to learn about the new employment landscape with regard to employer expectations of new employees, findings of anticipated work readiness skills to support tools for personal promotion and job search strategies.||Year 11 to post school||1 hour|
|The Workplace: Skills to Achieve||Developing basic workplace skills are essential for students transitioning into their first job or planning for their future. Recognising competencies employers assess at interview we inform students of how to best present their skills.||Year 10-12||1 hour|
|Developing Great Interview Skills||A collaborative workshop to learn about corporate expectations of interviewees during the recruitment process, highlighting both formal and informal interview formats from a hiring professional.||Year 9 to post school||1-2 hours|
|How to write a Winning Resume||An informative workshop to acquire an employers’ perspective on resumes within the current recruitment environment aligned to all aspects from job application to interview.||Year 9 to post school||1-2 hours|
|Presentation & Appearance for Victory||An interactive workshop to learn about physical aspects of positive personal profiling for job seekers, interviewees and those seeking to improve their presence through enhanced body language, appearance & dress, as well as use of voice.||Year 9 to post school||1-2 hours|
We recognise the importance of the whole school community, seeing communication with parents as critical to success. As such we provide parent events or evenings support most programs.
