Wellbeing programsWe believe true wellbeing requires a proactive approach to managing all aspects of our lives and so regular reflection and assessment of the impacts, benefits and opportunities ensuring a relevant response to the days demands. Providing individual consultations through to group workshops within business (departmental and whole business) and educational institutions we assist individuals at all career and life stages with engaging and meaningful discussion on how to best create stability in their world to allow remove for change and uncertainty.

NESA REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Completing this course will contribute allocated hours of NESA Registered PD addressing 1.2.2, 3.5.2, 4.1.2 and/or 6.3.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.

A Holistic look at Wellbeing: Balancing Career & Life Introduction to wellbeing to identify elements in our lives. Discussion of practical essentials to impacting life and career. Discussion will engage awareness around the impact change can have on personal and professional wellbeing for all involved.
