student leadership workshopsDeveloping personal and public leadership skills are essential in supporting students in building their self-confidence, leadership competencies and their capacity to own and improve their lives and the lives of others. We offer programs that allow students to understand, assess and reflect on their behaviours and the impact of those behaviours on themselves and others. These skills support student transition into tertiary studies and the workplace and are facilitated to individuals, small or large groups to suit your needs.

Introduction to Scholarship & University Applications Focusing on competencies and understanding of these we work to create a depth of knowledge as to personal abilities as demonstrated in school, work and home life for students to draw on in scholarship applications. Year 11 & 12 1 hour

Subject Selections through Strengths We support students in beginning to engage in discussion around subject choice and future pathways by aligning their thinking to current capabilities and the possibility of what might be. Year 8 & 10 1-2 hours

Developing Positive Leadership Skills Leadership skills are essential to students at many stages of their education and throughout their transition to the workplace. This is a hands-on session to guide students through leadership skills and supports them in understanding the opportunities to lead within their lives. Year 5 to 12 2-5 hour

Empowered Leadership for Women Through self-reflection of leadership capacity, students understanding current leadership competencies and so how they impact the individual and their peers. They will have the opportunity to improve their self-awareness, develop knowledge and consider application of their strengths into their leadership role. Year 6 to 12 2-5 hours

Peer Mentoring Program Supporting senior students in mentoring junior students or directly mentoring students themselves, we work with students on fundamental aspects of wellbeing that apply to their studies and lives through strengths. Year 6 to 12 2-5 hour
