Kathryn brings over 25 years of experience across diverse industries, championing change through positive frameworks, compassionate consultation and strategic planning. Her unique insights span the intersection of education and industry, offering a cross-functional perspective that drives meaningful progress.
Deeply people-centric, Kathryn fosters collaboration by recognising the vital connection between wellbeing, career planning, professional development and leadership. She works across all educational sectors — from Kindergarten to Year 12, through to tertiary institutions and industry. She is guided by a strong commitment to learning, self-awareness and purposeful action.
Kathryn works with executive leaders, staff, students, families and governing bodies. As an inspiring speaker and facilitator, she engages individuals and entire organisations using evidence-based tools and proven frameworks to support growth, resilience and impact.
